Amperative is entering an exciting new phase, with a leadership transition that reflects both its strong foundations and its ambitions for the future.
Founded 26 years ago by Pete and Kate Worthington, Amperative has grown from a startup into a team of more than 25, working with global organisations to deliver impactful digital products and experiences. Throughout that journey, the company has remained focused on combining technical excellence with a collaborative, people-first approach.
With the support of its Directors and Leadership team, Amperative is now transitioning leadership to the next generation within the business, marking a natural and well-planned step forward.
As part of this transition, Kate Worthington has stepped down from her role as Operations and Finance Director, and Pete Worthington has stepped down as CEO. Pete will continue to support the business as Founding Director, contributing in a part-time consultancy capacity, particularly across technical strategy.
Stepping into the role of CEO is Suzi Hull. Suzi has been part of the Amperative journey since its early days and formally joined the business four years ago as Vice CEO, following a successful career leading her own design company. She brings a deep understanding of the organisation, a strong alignment with its values, and a clear vision for what comes next.
